ETFC24 was honoured to have Dr. Teena Goel, Officer-In-Charge at the Regional Centre of the Board of Radiation and Isotope Technology, Department of Atomic Energy, Delhi., as our esteemed invited speaker.

With over two decades of experience in medical imaging and diagnosis, Dr. Goel's contributions to nuclear medicine have been instrumental in advancing healthcare practices across the nation. Dr. Goel's academic journey began at IIT Delhi, where she completed her Masters and conducted research in theoretical and photochemistry. Her transition to BARC in 2002 marked the beginning of a remarkable career dedicated to the production and supply of 99mTc-radiopharmaceuticals to numerous nuclear medicine centers in and around Delhi.

Dr. Goel shed light on the latest advancements in labeling drug molecules with 99mTc and characterizing them for diagnostic nuclear medicine. Her relentless pursuit of innovation continues to shape the landscape of medical imaging and diagnosis, offering new insights and solutions to complex healthcare challenges.
